Food When we think of gastronomy, we automatically think of France, sometimes of Italy. We somehow forget that China's gastronomy is older than that of France and that it is rich for its variety of tastes. We offer you chinese food at its best, as it has evolved during the last hundreds of years. Wine China produces very little wine. Knowing that it's situated, in latitude, south of France, we can wonder why. However, Montréal is at the same latitude as Bordeaux and its wine production is just beginning. The Germans and the Russians started making wine in China towards the end of the 19th century but it is only with the arrival of Rémy-Martin in the 1980s that progress has been made. Since then, Seagram and Pernod-Ricard have started their own wine production and we hope to find chinese wines on our tables very soon. In the meantime, let us consume wines from other countries. Wine and Food For the spicy dishes that we offer, white wines are always interesting companions. Try the Gewurztraminer whose spices will blend favorably with our own; you should also try a more alcoolic wine such as the Amarone from Italy. It will amaze you!
